This is why, for us, industry expertise is about much more than keeping a list of key players. At Glasford International (Germany), we believe in understanding and recognising emerging opportunities – to start new processes and link up interesting companies with interesting candidates.

We don’t dip our toes in the water everywhere. We concentrate on core sectors of industry that we know intimately because of our own unique vantage point. This also means that our sphere of influence goes far beyond the here and now.

Each of the sectors of industry in which we specialise is overseen by an in-house “practice leader” who knows the field – and its movers and shakers – like the back of their hand. And others’ hands.
